About Me

Hello world! My name is Joseph Bautista and I go by Pepe when I travel. I'm a Filipino and a curious adventurer.

I always take the backstreets, often find myself in narrow alleyways and hidden cul-de-sacs, seeing and hearing and smelling things I'm not supposed to. I choose to walk, and take crowded buses and trams (it's cheap, and sometimes free!), observe people and interact whenever possible. In my own shy way this is how I flirt- dangerously, at times- and get intimate with life.
